Il 1° corso della Fucina culinaria: Crostate insolite


It all started with a request of Arianna for a little help on sweets in anticipation of a cooking competition in famiglia.Io I helped (a little actually, he did not need :-)) and she won the race.
My esteem has gone to the max!
On subsequent requests, I decided, partly because the desire to share what I learned in the courses, which I attended, books I've read and soprattuttto force to mess in my kitchen is very strong.
In seeking the seat I was lucky, I met Carola of Casetta delle Pesche ,che
si è resa da subito disponibilissima e " mi ha presa a scatola chiusa"!!
Ma veniamo al sodo!
Ho voluto iniziare con l'impasto che più amo,la pasta frolla
Ho quindi pensato ad un piccolo corso di pasticceria per scoprire insieme i segreti della pasta frolla e di morbide creme.

Insieme prepareremo:
Crostata alla cannella con curd alla banana&passion fruit e piccole meringhe
Crostata C come cioccolato,caramello e caffè
Crostata al cocco con cremoso al cioccolato bianco e fragole
Crostata di pasta biscotto al cacao e caramello al lampone
