The contest is free subject to and divided into three areas:
Illustration: Participants can submit any kind of processed, produced in color, black and white, with traditional or digital technology. The maximum size for entries is of 50x70 cm. You should participate with a copy of original as possible.
You can submit up to three deliverables, each of which requires the payment of the fee. Each illustration must be accompanied on back from full name, address and telephone number of the author.
Comics: Participants can submit any kind of processed, produced in color, black and white, with traditional or digital technology. The work must be self-contained, the number of pages must be between 1 and 8.
You should participate with a copy of original as possible. You can submit only one drawn up for this category. Each page must be attached to the back of your name, address and telephone number of the author.
Screenplay: Participants may submit written belonging any style or genre fiction. The work must be self-contained, dramatized the number of pages must be between 4 and 10.

Enrolment
The participant can contribute to one or more sectors.
Who participates in the comics industry can contribute to the field screenplay with the same story in text form.
Fees: The fee for the individual

share is developed for two of 20.00;
The fee for three entries is of 25.00;
The fee is 30.00 for four processed;
The fee is established for five of 35.00;

I lavori vincitori delle sezioni illustration and comics will be published in the journal School Cartoon: will be published the first three pictures and classified the first table of the top three stories of the area classified comics. All papers
winners of the three categories will be published in full on the website of the event,
